My Story
Hi, I’m Nicole Belline Thibaud, and since 2010, I’ve had the honor of serving the unsung heroes of our school communities—teachers, school bus drivers, custodians, cafeteria workers, and support staff by helping them build stronger, more secure retirements through 403(b) and 457(b) supplemental retirement plans.
I believe that every educator and school employee deserves to retire with dignity and peace of mind. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals who give their all to our schools, often without access to the financial guidance they need. My mission is to change that—one conversation, one plan, and one future at a time.
A Partnership Built on Trust

One story that has stayed with me—and continues to fuel my passion happened early in my career. I met a school employee who was hesitant to open a supplemental retirement account. After some thoughtful discussion, she decided to take a small step and open one. Life moved on, and we lost touch.
Years later, I ran into her again in a different school district. Out of curiosity, I looked up her account, and to her amazement, she had accumulated over $20,000. She was stunned. She had completely forgotten about the account, and seeing that balance brought her so much joy and relief. That moment reminded me why I do what I do. It’s not just about numbers—it’s about creating real, lasting impact in people’s lives.
